InSite Facilitation is primarily Sarah Melcher and a small cadre of professionals to call on in time of need.

Based in Torrington, CT, we work with clients throughout eastern U.S. Our clients are in CT, NH, NY, PA, RI, and VT. 

Our Experience

For the past decade, Sarah has been working closely with small businesses and not-for-profits to provide affordable web sites when budgets are particularly tight. Our client list also includes an automotive equipment sales company, an antiques appraiser, a coppersmith, reenacting units and event sites, and more.

Sarah has an extensive background in what is known as Knowledge Management, which is, basically, helping an organization know what it needs to know to fulfill its mission and vision. As a web developer, she has translated her Knowledge Management skills into helping each of her clients to know what they want their web sites to say and accomplish, which in turn is about ensuring that visitors to our clients' web sites learn what they need to know about that business or organization.

Sarah's corporate experience is invaluable in helping her understand each organization she works with, and in helping her clients understand their business or organization as the web-based world is going to see it.

Equally invaluable are her many years as a technical writer and editor.

Sarah continues to consult in knowledge management and technical writing while maintaining her web management efforts.
